I certainly would love it if they held back on the sweet and salt, especially things like MSG. I would really appreciate a chinese restaurant that provided more an authentic and more health conscience menu. Maybe the more sweet and salt means you do not need to worry about the quality of the ingredients as much, as you won't taste it anyways?
